Villa Nicla is located in desirable West Cape Coral near Surfside Blvd at a wide canal crossing. In just a few minutes you can reach the South Spreader Waterway by boat.
Upon entering the dream in white, you are greeted by a large open living room flooded with light, a classy polished lacquer - kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar with 4 comfortable bar chairs inviting you to linger.
A white leather couch in front of the large flat screen TV is just waiting to be taken possession of by you during a relaxing cinema evening.
Right next to the entrance area you will also find a modern home office area.
The dining area with seating for 6, overlooking the pool area and garden to the large intersection of waterways allows for a relaxing view of the passing boats.
The Master Bedroom carries on the villa's color scheme of white and gray, has direct access to the pool area and an attached bath with double sinks and raindrop shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds - one in white and one in white and gray. One of the rooms also has direct access to the pool area.
The outdoor area with its inviting pool is protected by a screen. Here you will find a dining area with seating for 6, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, comfortable lounger and lounge furniture.
Due to the south orientation of the house, sun worshippers will also get their money's worth and can witness wonderful sunsets.
All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

Ich war mit meinem Mann und seinen Eltern zum Urlaub in Cape Coral. Wie immer, haben wir einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es war schon das 3. mal dort.
LVCC kann ich nur empfehlen. Von der Buchung, über die Zahlung, Betreuung vor Ort, sowie den Abschluss nach der Reise, hat alles super funktioniert.
Isabel, die für uns zuständig war, hat alles sehr gut gemanagte. Sie war erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte, hat uns super eingewiesen ins Haus und sehr gute Tips gegeben, für den Urlaub vor Ort.
Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung, die ich nur weiter empfehlen kann

Was für ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir sind zum 9. Mal in Cape Coral und wurden auch diesmal bei unserer Auswahl nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist nicht nur schön eingerichtet und blitzesauber, es ist auch gut ausgestattet. Am Pool war es herrlich entspannend. Ein Glas Wein, die Füße im Wasser, Grill an - Urlaub pur! Alles in allem ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt - nur mit mehr Palmen und weniger Terminen.
