Final cleaning is included in the total price from the price calculator on the top of the page, but this does not include a BBQ cleaning.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.
No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Die Villa Ocean Dream war bis jetzt die schönste Villa in der wir bleiben durften.
Sie ist sehr hell eingerichtet mit hohen Decken das man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann.
Es ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Outdoorküche genial.
Die Betreuung über LVCC hat reibungslos funktioniert.
Wir können die Villa sowie LVCC ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen

Liebes LV CC Team,
gerade sind wir zurück aus der schönen Villa Ocean Dream, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Daher würden wir gerne unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr in diesem Haus verlängern.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Hausverwaltung, die dafür Sorge getragen hat, dass das Haus bei unserer Anreise, trotz des Hurrikans, in einem TOP Zustand war.
