Discover our new Villa Coraluxe - located in the beautiful Southwest of Cape Coral with western exposure and close to the spreader.
This modern and only 3 years old villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a tv and designed for comfort and relaxation. With a king bed in the master suite, one king and one queen bed in the two guest rooms, along with three full bathrooms (2 of them are en suite-bathrooms) including a convenient pool bath, every guest will experience ultimate convenience and privacy.
The villa features an inviting office/den complete with a cozy daybed and printer available, which can be used as an additional bedroom thanks to the existing doors. With over 2,100 square feet of living space, Villa Coraluxe offers enough room for you and your loved ones for your next vacation.
The house also has an expansive outdoor area complete with a pool (14 x 28 feet) and spa (8 x 8 feet), featuring a saltwater electrolysis. The terrace has the convenience of an outdoor kitchen including a grill, fridge & a bar, sun loungers, a lounge area, a dining table for up to 6 people, a large outdoor TV and outdoor remote fans - perfect for a lot of outdoor entertainment.
On the sun terrace by the boat dock, you can find two relaxing chairs for witnessing stunning sunsets and enjoying the gulf access extra wide canal view.
For families and friend groups, the villa provides 2 bicycles, fishing poles, plenty of pool toys and games, ensuring endless hours of fun. For an extra feature, a pool fence is also available for the safety of young swimmers, that can be set up if required.
Inside, the fully equipped spacious kitchen awaits, featuring a huge kitchen island and breakfast bar - ideal for dining and entertaining. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space around the island for meals and conversations. In the kitchen area, there is also a bar including a wine cooler. All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Sehr schöne relativ neue Villa Coraluxe. Perfekte ruhige Gegend. Nette Nachbarn. Die Villa hat einen außerordentlich großen Pool und weitläufige Terrasse um den Pool herum. Schöne und bequeme Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Schöne Räume, moderne Einrichtung bis auf den Masterbedroom (neues Bett aber "Old fashioned"). Buchungs- und Zahlungsprozess Top gelaufen. Nette Vor Ort Betreuung. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke

Wir haben schon einige Male unsere Ferienvillen über LVCC gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Villen waren immer wie beschrieben wunderschön. Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden gerne entgegengenommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und sehr bemüht. Zuletzt waren wir im Herbst in der Villa Coraluxe in Cape Coral, die wir leider für fünf Tage wegen des Hurricane Milton verlassen mussten. Besonders freundlich und unendlich bemüht war Isabel, die uns zu jeder Zeit Informationen zur aktuellen Lage gegeben hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall weiter über LVCC buchen, da uns Service gerade in der Hurricane Zeit sehr wichtig ist.
