The two taxes together are the 11.5% you will see added in our price calculator. There is no separate booking fee - the arithmetic is rent, plus cleaning, plus 11.5%, plus your actual electricity/gas.
Depending on the payment method there may be payment fees. To avoid any payments fees you have to option to do a bank transfer or payment via check.
When you travel changes the price more than what you book
Cape Coral has a marked difference in demand between high season and the rest of the year. High season runs from late October to early May, and February/March is the peak - that is when snowbirds fill the city and the good waterfront homes are gone a year ahead. January and April are close behind.
The summer months are the quiet season, and September is the quietest of them. It is hotter and more humid than the winter and the afternoons are a bit wetter, and Atlantic hurricane season runs from 1 June to 30 November. These are the months where the same villa costs noticeably less.
The best value vs. weather ratio is at the bridge between high and low season - late October to December, and late April into May. You get high-season weather without high-season pricing or high-season crowds. If your dates are flexible by a fortnight, shifting them is usually worth more than switching to a smaller villa.
