What a Cape Coral Villa Costs in 2026
Across the 52 villas we manage in Cape Coral, weekly base from-prices run from 1,100 to 4,600 US$, with a median of 1,900 US$ per week; the middle half of our portfolio sits between 1,600 and 2,400 US$. On top of the rental you pay 11.5% tax (6.5% Florida sales tax plus 5% Lee County tourist tax), a one-off final cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit and, in most homes, metered electricity - and gas as well where the villa has it.
